This project was a total renovation and restoration of a four-storey villa-style house in St John’s Wood, London.  As the property was listed, it required the ultimate in sensitivity but the client also wanted the K R Interior Design signature stamp of luxury.  Elegance and comfort were at the centre of this brief but it also needed to be a practical home for a young family.

The most luxurious textures and materials were used from silk rugs to bespoke crystal chandeliers. The master bedroom was adorned with silk curtains and velvet padded walls to offer a sense of luxury and decadence. 

The bespoke dressing room was designed using the most beautiful wood and incorporating the existing, original fireplace. The en-suite bathrooms were the ultimate in luxury, providing bespoke cabinetry and the use of silver-leaf tiles to continue the feeling of grandeur.
