Richmond Town House, London

When our clients’ neighbours decided to sell it provided the perfect opportunity to expand without the need to move home by converting the two properties into one large family home.

Backing onto Richmond Park the original three-bedroom property is now converted into a six-bedroom house, including two master suites a luxury bespoke kitchen dining room and two reception rooms.

The clients design brief was to create a luxurious & versatile living space for their family while living in the UK.

To achieve this concealed pocket doors were installed between the Drawing Room and the TV Room. This allows the space to be divided and independent from each other or opened for a spacious open plan living. Bespoke joinery was also a key element of the design with all bedrooms being fitted with hand made wardrobes and storage solutions.

To create the luxurious high end finish, furnishings were sourced from Louise Bradley, Poliform, Dom Edizioni, Porta Romana & CTO Lighting to name but a few.

The clients wanted to use a neutral palette without it feeling cold or un-homely! To achieve this we used a wide variety of fabrics including luxury velvets from Dedar Spa, beautiful silks from Chase Erwin and leather trims from Samuel & Sons. Using different textures and splashes of colour the home truly reflects their personality.
